Online poker offers
one-table tournaments in a variety of games. The buy-ins range
from a minimum of $5 (with a $1 entry fee) to a maximum of $50
(with a $5 entry fee).

Payoff Structure: Online Poker pays three places for one-table tournaments:
1st Place = 50%
2nd Place = 30%
3rd Place = 20%
Tournament Structure:
Online poker game Players may choose their seats on a first-come,
first-serve basis. They will high card for the button to begin
all tournaments (excluding stud games). For Sit & Go Single-Table
tournaments with a buy-in of less than $50, players
would start with $800 in chips. For Sit & Go Single-Table tournaments
with buy-ins of $50 or more however, players would start with $1000 in chips. Each level would consist of ten hands.
Play will continue until conclusion at level nine ($600/1200).

tournament or promotion, our Standard Tournament Rules apply to ALL tournaments.
Multi-table Poker tournaments are the most popular tournaments in the world today. They provide players the opportunity to invest
a little and win a lot.

Multi-Table Tournaments Procedures/Format:
The following procedures, format and rules applies to all Multi-Table Poker
Tournaments.
Players MUST register in advance to play.
(Registration typically ends 5 minutes prior to the start of
the Tournament.) Go to the Lobby, click Tournaments, click
the Multi-table tab, select the Tournament you wish to play,
and then click the Register tab.
You pay your buy-in and entry fee when
you register.
Poker Tournaments at Empire Poker begin
on time rake back and players will be blinded/anted off if they are not
there.
All seats are randomly assigned.
You may be allowed to "unregister" from
a tournament while registration is still open.
All Real Money tournaments use 15 min levels.
Exceptions will be noted (Semi-Finals)ยท
There will be a 5 minute break every hour.

Tables will be broken (condensed)
from the highest number to the lowest number.

Tables will be balanced (Max occupancy
- Min occupancy) according to the following variance:
** 3 players if the number of running tables > 10
** 2 players if the number of running tables is > 2 and < 10
** 1 player if the number of running tables is 2
In transferring players from one table
to another to keep tables balanced, we try to be "as fair as
possible" to
players to maintain the same distance from the blind after
the transfer.
The difference in distance from the blind for a player, before
and after the transfer, is NOT required to be zero.
Players inherit any obligations (taking
the Blinds) or receive any benefits (getting the button) when
transferred as a result of their table breaking down.
Online poker Players are dealt in the next
hand after a transfer (unless they are moved into the small
blind position). Players are informed when they are transferred
(and when others are transferred to their table).
Hand-For-Hand is a feature used in all
Multi Table Poker Tournaments that allows tables to play the
same exact number of hands at critical times. The following
is the chart used to determine when Hand-For-Hand will start
and stop. Noted exceptions are in tournaments where a set #
of prizes are begin given out (online poker game Million Semi
Finals).
